This is by far the BEST COFFEES SHOP I have ever gone into. "this is coming from someone who does not drink coffee very often". I'm Pretty stoked I live across the street from them. I go with my girlfriend every weekend or so, Love their Ice coffee, love their strawberry banana juice! Chocolate Chip muffins are incredibly delicious. Have them warm it up and add a little butter. Yum! The artwork and decorations are super! Love the motorcycles. Love the Dirt bikes. Absolutely love the Hot Rod car in the parking lot!!. They have shirts, hats, and other cool stuff you can purchase while you wait for your coffee or juice, or treats. I have already gotten a few of their hats.

Cool laid back environment. Great teas! Fantastic cold brew, straight from their Kyoto Cold Brew Tower! All this, and the best damn burgers in town.

I love stopping here for a cup of coffee. It’s a little out of the way for me so I do t get there too often, but always delicious and friendly service.

It was a little weird to find this place saying how they were relatively new and there wasn’t a lot of information on where to find this place, but I’m very glad I did! The lot was pretty empty for a Sunday afternoon which led me to be a bit skeptical but I’m glad I pushed forward! Let me be very frank about this coffee, it is great! It was some of the smoothest coffee I’ve had in a long time and I was very surprised to find it in such an isolated area of Brea. I will be going back here in definitely but I do want to share a few things. This place just open for months ago and from what I can tell the owners are very new to this. The staff was super friendly and the community around it for those who came we’re very nice and courteous. I want to come back and continue to try all the other things on their menu! A small business has a higher chance of succeeding if it passes its first year of being a business, so I definitely recommend supporting these guys and their coffee company. - excuse any grammatical errors in there, Erick

I came to this coffee shop to do some studying and not only was the coffee delicious, the environment was so pleasant and welcoming. Service was amazing and I will 100% be coming again for a pick me up and study time again. Thank you Carbon Canyon Coffee Co.!!!

Love the barn cafe style next to the park, food is fresh and healthy, coffee and tea are from good quality beans and matcha. Summer will be great to sit outside to enjoy drink, food and nature. Next door bicycle shop has great service for value.
